Shipping Policy

Your order is processed once it is received before 2:00 PM EST Monday - Friday, this is processed same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will ship no later than the next business day pending payment approval.

Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays)

UPS Saturday Delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact UPS to find out if this service is available in your area before selecting it as your preferred shipping method.

Shipping Your Order

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure that someone authorized is available at the designated shipping address to sign for and receive your package.

For security reasons, shipments are only sent to physical addresses and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

On the day your order is shipped you will receive via email a confirmation of shipment details and a tracking number.

In the extreme event that your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the reason for delay.

International Shipping

I Live 4 Gems Jewelry Company offers international shipping to its valued customers. 

All items are insured and completely tracked through a tracking number provided via email. Items are sent via UPS for security and speed of delivery.

Shipping your Order to APO & FPO destinations

I Live 4 Gems Jewelry Company does not ship to APO & FPO destinations.

Tracking Your Order

An email notification is generated on the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Shipments can then be tracked at all times until it reaches the shipping destination. Please contact I Live 4 Gems Jewelry Company via email, contact us form or phone if you can't locate the e-mail notification. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account (login).

Exceptions to Your Delivery Time Frame 

Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone deliveries. I Live 4 Gems Jewelry Company will not be held liable or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.

If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of I Live 4 Gems Jewelry Company or UPS, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, I Live 4 Gems Jewelry Company will not be liable or refund the shipping charges.

In the event of cancellation or changes to your order please contact us and make sure to include your order number or call 868-624-2642 as soon as possible. (Please see the Refund Policy).
